Shelly earned her B.S. at Oregon State University.  She holds Series 7 and 66 Securities Licenses and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.  She worked for five years in the banking industry prior to entering the Public Accounting arena.

Her areas of practice are Estate Tax planning, Timber and Christmas tree taxation, complex Partnership and Corporate taxation issues, and financial statements reporting.

Away from work, Shelly spends most of her time supporting her children in their academic and extra- curricular activities.  She enjoys the outdoors in warm weather, reading and listening to a variety of music.
