NICHOLS M CUTTING, CPA

Nick earned his MBA at the University of California (Berkley) and also holds Series 7 and 66 Securities Licenses.  He has served on the Oregon Board of Accountancy Uniform Accountancy Act Task Force, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and has contributed extensively to the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants by serving on the Board of Directors, By-Laws Committee, Ethics Committee, and Peer Review Committee.  He also served with distinction on the City of Corvallis Budget Commission, including 6 years as chair.

He specializes in retirement plans, estate and trust planning and administration, complex tax issues, nonprofit organizations, internal control issues, and financial statements reporting.

Away from the office, Nick enjoys Live Theater, Art, Museums, Fine Dining and Dixieland Jazz.
