Marc is a graduate of Portland State University and has been practicing since 2001. Before joining Spectrum, he spent 9 years as a Real Estate professional and 2.5 years as the Accounting Administrator for a corporate credit union.

Marc is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has extensive experience in the field of taxation, specializing in complex tax issues for both businesses and individuals. Marc also has experience in the preparation of financial statements. He truly enjoys meeting clients and helping them to achieve their financial goals.

Away from the office, Marc enjoys spending time with his two children and his wife. His family loves to travel, go to the movies, and just hang out together. He is extensively involved with the community youth sports programs as a coach (baseball, basketball, football and soccer) and is the baseball equipment coordinator. He is a self described sports fanatic and says if it involves competition, there is a good chance he will find it interesting; especially during the fall when the U of O Ducks football team is playing. Not much gets done around the Curey house on those Saturdays!
