Tom earned his BBA in Finance from the Lubin School of Business, Pace University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Tom was a partner of Simek & Company, PLC, a public accounting firm in Phoenix, Arizona, and the Chief Financial Officer for The M3 Companies, a developer of master planned communities in the western United States. Tom has twenty years of public and private accounting, tax and finance experience.

His experience includes: technical tax consultation for partnership and real estate transactions, financial reporting, profit enhancement services, and implementation of structural tax planning for asset and wealth preservation. Tom serves the construction, real estate, manufacturing and professional service industries.

Away from the office, Tom enjoys hiking, mountain-biking, hunting, cooking, travel and pushing his children to try harder in all their endeavors.
